Product warranty:

Kaygoo Design offers its customers a product warranty of 3 months from the date of receipt of the product. What are mineral defects?
defective buckles and additional elements, gluing defects, manufacturer’s defects, factory-defective leather product. After the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, the guarantee for breakage of Damil or Cracked crystal according to the Consumer Protection Act cannot be enforced!
The product warranty can only be enforced if it is used as intended.

You can claim the warranty for the product within 6 months from the time it was put on the market by the manufacturer. After this period, you will lose this right.

The shipping cost of the product returned due to the wrong wrist size is borne by the customer. We do not charge a separate fee for creating a new product, only the shipping cost must be paid to the customer.

We do not guarantee products that are not used as intended!

You can assert your product warranty claim exclusively against Kaygoo Design Kft. To assert a product warranty claim, you must prove the product’s defect.

The manufacturer Kaygoo Design Kft (dealer) is exempt from product warranty obligations if:

The error was caused by improper use.
The product warranty cannot be enforced if, for example, the product is continuously exposed to chemicals, solvents, corrosive substances, acids, salt water or constant friction or stress.
The product warranty does not apply to leather products if the product has been exposed to moisture (bathing, showering), fragrances, chemicals or salt water for a long time!
