Payment options and conditions

Advance payment by bank card or bank account:

If you pay in advance or immediately by bank card, we deliver to your home with One Express courier service: 150 Kč
In addition, it is possible to request the package at a Packeta parcel machine or parcel point, which costs  99 Kč per unit.
In all cases, delivery is made by registered mail to the exact address after receipt of payment. Delivery time: 2-4 working days.

Payment by last name:

Payment by bank card is possible via Barion or Paypal.

Home delivery with online payment: One Express with courier service: 150 Kč

Cash on delivery fee + 50 Kč

The full price of the package must be paid to the responsible representative of the parcel service when receiving the package. In the case of COD delivery, the delivery time is 2-4 working days. The courier service informs the customer of the expected delivery time by e-mail or telephone. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the package will be attempted to be delivered again the next day. If the delivery fails again, the package is returned to the sender.

Free delivery:

For purchases over 1900 Kč , we deliver your package free of charge to the address or package location of your choice with the help of the One Express courier service.
