If the User wishes to use the services of the Online Store during registration or purchase (in both cases), he must accept the terms of these General Terms and Conditions, which he can do by checking the box on the page. In case of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, a contract is created between the service provider and the user of the online store according to these General Terms and Conditions. Ordering steps:

Validity of the consumer’s declaration of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal becomes effective within the deadline if the buyer sends his statement of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The buyer bears the burden of proving that he has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with this provision.
The seller is obliged to electronically confirm the buyer’s declaration of withdrawal upon receipt.

Consumer information 45/2014. (II. 26.) Based on a government decree

Information on the consumer’s right of withdrawal:

The basic right of withdrawal changes if the goods are not prefabricated goods. (finished product) or a product that is manufactured at the customer’s express request, or if it is a unique product manufactured in a specific size (e.g. souvenirs, jewelry, clothing). Which was made according to the customer’s unique wishes.

The seller’s obligation to refund in the event that the consumer withdraws from the purchased product:

The consumer acknowledges that the seller distributes customized products, therefore his refund obligation is modified as follows. If the consumer is the 45/2014. (II. 26.) withdraws from the contract based on § 22 of the Government Decree, the seller is obliged to refund the full purchase price of the products paid by the consumer as compensation to the consumer within 14 days of becoming aware of the withdrawal. . . . In the event that the amount of the purchase exceeds the free shipping threshold and the customer cancels the purchase, the discounted shipping fee cannot be applied. The shipping cost is non-refundable, non-transferable to the seller and will be deducted from the price of the product! Please note that this regulation does not apply to additional costs incurred due to the choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method. The seller is not obliged to refund if he orders a pre-made, especially large pre-made product made especially for the customer (pre-arranged), from 20 cm for women, from 21 cm for men or especially small, from 13-14 cm. In this case, the seller can propose a replacement, the price of which will be determined individually, but after prior consultation with the buyer! The seller declares that a refund is only possible for a flawless product with no signs of use!

The nature of the seller’s obligation to refund:

45/2014. (II. 26.) In the case of withdrawal or termination according to § 22 of the Government Decree, the seller will reimburse the buyer’s debt exclusively by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the buyer in the withdrawal statement! With the express consent of the buyer, the seller can use another payment method for the refund without charging the buyer with additional costs. The seller undertakes to repay the amount within 14 days to the bank account number specified by the buyer! The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect and/or inaccurate bank account numbers or mailing addresses provided by the Buyer.

Additional costs:

If the buyer specifically chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest one, the seller is not obliged to reimburse the resulting additional costs. In such a case, the seller is obliged to refund up to the stated general delivery cost.

Right of retention:

The Seller may withhold the amount owed to the Buyer until the Buyer returns the Product or proves beyond doubt that it has been returned; In both cases, the earlier date must be taken into account. We are unable to accept and receive COD shipments.

Product exchange/reproduction:

Repairs due to size problems, exchange for another product (with price comparison) and the postage cost of returning the new product are borne by the buyer! Creating new products is FREE. Damages and repair costs resulting from improper use are borne by the buyer. We do not guarantee products that are not used as intended! If the buyer returns the product due to the manufacturer’s fault, the seller will also be responsible for the repair and return costs

Product Warranty:

The warranty is available within 90 days of the purchase of the product. The warranty covers faulty minerals, intermediate elements, stainless steel accessories, buckles and leather manufacturing defects. In case of doubt, the customer must prove that the product was used as intended, and that the defect is due to the product’s “faulty production”! According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, a warranty claim due to breakage of the product can only be asserted within the 14-day withdrawal period without justification. In this case, the repair and delivery costs are also borne by the seller! In the event of a warranty claim after 14 days, the product will be repaired/renewed under warranty. In any case, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer! The costs of repairs outside the warranty period (60 days) are always calculated in consultation with the customer.

Returning the product:

If the consumer complies with Art. 45/2014. (II. 26.) In case of withdrawal from the contract according to § 22 of the Government Decree, the product must be returned or handed over immediately, but no later than 14 days after the declaration of withdrawal, attaching the declaration of withdrawal requested by him. The return is deemed to have taken place within the deadline if the consumer sends the product before the deadline.

Covering the costs associated with returning the product:

The consumer bears the costs of returning the product. The product must be returned to the seller’s address.

Consumer liability for loss of value:

The consumer is responsible for the depreciation resulting from the use necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product.
