HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Our packages usually leave our premises within 24 hours of the order (weekdays)! We deliver orders to the Czech Republic with One Express courier service or delivery to a Packeta parcel point/package machine.
According to experience, delivery takes 2-4 working days, but please note that we have no control over the actual delivery time in the hands of our delivery partner. Delays may occur in heavy traffic (especially in November-December).

Home delivery with online payment by Oe express courier service: 150 Kč. Cash on delivery processing fee: 50 Kč.
With online payment placed in a Packeta parcel machine or at a parcel point 99 Kč
In case of cash on delivery payment +50 Kč
Free home delivery for orders over 1900 Kč. * (One Express, Packeta)

ARE PACKAGES INSURED?

All shipments sent by Kaygoo Design Jewelry are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases if the package was received or handed over with a delivery permit or contactless delivery.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT NEXT?

Shipping damage – the box and contents are damaged

If the package arrives damaged, this damage must be reported to the delivery partner immediately. To do this, please contact an account with the complete order (outer box, individual packaging and contents) with the order number. We will repair the damage on the spot and send the package back to us.

ATTENTION: In order to be entitled to compensation, a damage report must be made to the delivery partner within 7 days.

Damage to individual pieces of jewelry:

If the shipping box and jewelry packaging is fine, but individual jewelry is damaged, please contact our customer service (kaygoodesign@gmail.com) with photos and order number. After that, we will inform you about further steps by e-mail.
